Among our areas of expertise are all real estate, business and contractual disputes, business tort claims, employment disputes and litigation between principals of companies. We are also experienced in litigation with government entities, including zoning litigation, Workers Compensation defense, constitutional law, and litigation regarding licensing and government approvals. We possess the computer graphic presentation, binding capability, copying technology, and deposition cataloging and digesting necessary for any major litigation. Since 1981, Mark Alonso and the firm have continuously represented brokerage houses in both defense and collection matters. We also have substantial experience representing customers and in member-to-member disputes.
